Awkward shapes that cannot be machined can be produced on our V20X Anotronic Spark Eroder fitted with Erowa quick change system (also compatible for electrode machining). An electrode is modelled using SolidWorks, programmed with our CADCAM system, then whilst being held in the Erowa system machined on a machining centre. The Erowa quick change system allows minimal setting time for both electrode machining and spark erosion set up; ensuring flatness, parallelism and positional repeatability.
