All our CNC machining centres are of the highest specification, with 12,000rpm spindles and high speed look ahead, which produces smooth movement over complex forms.
Machine travel ranges up to 1626 x 813 x 762 mm in capacity and offer the very latest in machine technology. Renishaw probing is used to calibrate the tools and a Spindle Probe sets up the part prior to machining. All probing programs are written at the machine. With the Renishaw Spindle probe the component can also be checked whilst still on the machine, and if necessary adjustments made.
Our highly skilled and experienced engineers write machining programs off-line using the latest CADCAM software, enabling us to work from CAD files as well as hard copy drawings.
Whether a “one off” prototype or a complete assembly, Class 100 are well positioned to provide the highest quality and complex 3 dimensional / surface machining.
High performance tooling means we can machine most materials, to the most demanding of tolerances from bar stock, to intricate castings and extrusions.
